These beans undergo an Anaerobic process that ferments the cherries in an oxygen-free environment. These coffees are grown and cultivated by Alexta Coffee Farm. The farm is situated at an altitude of 1,350 masl, this farm is a locally owned farm with a USDA organic certification, this guarantees our consumer that the coffee we have chosen is grown and harvested safely. Organic coffees also tend to induce fewer jitters when drinking. Grown at an altitude of 1350 m.a.s.l.
