Not at all! While we roast our coffee with a specific brewing method in mind, we also encourage experimentation. Home brewing is a personal journey, and high-quality coffee beans allow one to enjoy a delicious beverage without needing to over-optimise the brewing process.

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering the bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

For optimal flavour we recommend consuming the beans 10 days after the roast date and within 4 weeks from the roast date.

We label each bag of coffee with its corresponding roast date.

At Sarnies we work with passionate coffee traders and local farmers. We source coffee beans that are transparent and traceable. Knowing that our investment directly benefits the farmers assures us that the coffee quality remains consistent from crop to crop.

We use electric coffee roasters, which are more sustainable compared to traditional gas roasters. Sweet Tiramisu

i think this is possibly my favourite of all the Sarnies roasts. But it is such a difficult choice to make, with so many that I really rate. I have found myself enjoying this in the mid-afternoon as a long black double espresso. Its sweet, smooth chocolatey notes and lovely soft mouthfeel make it a perfect afternoon brew for me. I will definitely be buying more of this one.
