Panettone making is an intricate process with over 6-8 hours of prep time (including rising). Fun fact: Panettones need to be hung upside down overnight in order to keep its light and airy texture. A beautiful cross between a fruitcake and a brioche.

Storing Instructions:
1 week at room temperature in an airtight container.
Reheating Instructions:
Slice to desired portion size and reheat at 180C for 3 - 5 mins.
