A major coffee growing area located between Burma, Laos and Vietnam, the Chinese region of Simao is situated in an ideal location, similar to that of Colombia (and produces similar coffee notes). The coffee grown in Simao shares the same terroir as the high quality Pu'er tea, producing a complex cup that is pleasantly floral, earthy, and with mellow fruit undertones. Grown at an altitude of around 1300 m.a.s.l..
