Balsamic adds a slight acidity and depth that brings out the sweet flavours of strawberries. We slow-cook the strawberries for 1-2 hours, which is then cooled and jarred. Our take on a simple jam with just a few ingredients.

Strawberries, balsamic glaze, fruit pectin, sugar, lemon, salt

Our spreads are jarred through a vacuum-seal process that allows us to preserve the spread longer without any added preservatives. Unopened, Strawberry Balsamic Jam lasts for 2 months stored in the fridge.
Fresh is best
Once opened, consume within 2 weeks and keep refrigerated.

Delicious
I'm not a big fan of strawberry jams, so I thought this 'strawberry balsamic' jam would be interesting. This jam has a unique flavor, not quite like traditional strawberry jam but reminiscent of it. It pairs well with toasts and other breads, although I'm not a fan of its paste-like texture.
