Thai Basil or locally known as Krapow is commonly used in Thai cooking, most likely by the hawker store round the corner. When it came to creating pesto, we found Italian basil pricy and hard to source on this side of the world. We decided to make this typically Italian spread with Thai basil and cashews instead of pine nuts, making this locally sourced and highlighting one of our favourite local ingredients.
Ingredients:
Cashew nuts, olive oil, Thai basil, white niso, salt, black pepper, lemon juice.

Our spreads are jarred through a vacuum-seal process that allows us to preserve the spread longer without any added preservatives. Unopened, Thai Basil & Cashew Pesto lasts for 1 month stored in the fridge.
Fresh is best
Once opened, consume within 1 week and keep refrigerated.

Great pesto sauce. Very fresh and aromatic, and I love that the cashew nuts are a bit crunchy.
