From that conversation, Project Fine Robusta was born.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocated in the watershed forests of Thong Pha Phoom, Sartum Farm is managed with a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. To protect the surrounding ecosystem and water sources, the farm avoids synthetic chemicals and relies on organic farming practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThrough years of experimentation and refinement, Phakphum developed a Slow Dry process lasting up to 30 days.
