Cultivated by the Arkhas tribe on Doi Pang Khon, this coffee is processed at the Twenty8 Co mill on the same day of harvest. The process used to create this coffee is a two-stage anaerobic honey (2xA Honey); an innovative fusion of traditional and alternative coffee processing.
2xA Honey also includes in-fruit fermentation in a special environmentally-controlled room. Expect a party in your mouth with juicy and fruity notes. Grown at an altitude of 1400 MASL in Chiang Rai, Thailand.
