Positions available at all Sarnies locations:

    Group Head Chef (60,000 - 80,000THB)

    • Recruit and develop a kitchen team.
    • Ensure 100% supervision of the kitchen team as well as to constantly motivate and inspire them.
    • Supervise operations to ensure that food quality, food safety cleanliness, hygiene standards and costing are well maintained.
    • Responsible for sourcing of suppliers for ingredients, budget and cost control, as well as devising standards to enhance general efficiency and value of operations for all food production.
    • Administer, inspect and control stocks and inventory to minimise wastage and pilferage.
    • Oversee and facilitate preparation of menu for any events as and when required.

    Experienced Service Crew/Barista (20,000-28,000THB)

    • Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority
    • Prepare and present food and beverage efficiently and quickly
    • Prepare coffee-based drinks with espresso machine and other non-coffee based drinks with facilities and equipment provided
    • Serve food and drinks in a jovial and professional manner
    • Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with restaurant requirements

    Experienced Bartender (20,000 - 28,000THB)

    • Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority
    • Prepare, execute, and present beverage items efficiently and quickly
    • Prepare all non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks with equipment and tools required in alignment with food hygiene and safety standards
    • Guide, recommend, and educate guests and clients in beverage products in appropriate circumstances
    • Always maintain a responsible manner of alcohol service.
    • Ensure that food quality, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistent with bar restaurant standards

      Sous Chef (30,000 - 40,000THB)

      • Support head chef in their responsibilities
      • Supervise operations to ensure that food quality, food safety cleanliness, hygiene standards and costing are well maintained.
      • Work in a fast paced environment and handle pressure.
      • Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.
      • Training and development of new and existing staff.
      • Interact with management, operations manager, co-workers, members and public to encourage a team effort and maintain a positive and professional attitude
      • Prepare, cook, and present food efficiently and quickly.
      • Work in a fast paced environment and handle pressure.

      Chef de Partie (25,000 - 30,000THB)

      • Supervise operations to ensure that food quality, food safety cleanliness, hygiene standards and costing are well maintained.
      • Work closely with the Sous Chef, Manager, Head of Café Operations and Front of House Team to ensure the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
      • Administer, inspect and control stocks and inventory to minimise wastage and pilferage.
      • Oversee and facilitate preparation of menu for any events as and when required.
      • Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.

      Commis/Chef (18,000-25,000THB)

      • Identify, communicate, and perform proper responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations as and when given instructions by any manager or person of equal or higher superiority
      • Prepare, cook, and present food efficiently and quickly
      • Prepare food as per standards set by the restaurant with the facilities and equipment provided
      • Effectively learn and understand company values and culture, product and brand information including restaurant menus and ingredients
      • Prepare food and beverages for events as may be required

        Positions available at Sarnies Sourdough, Charoen Krung 42/1:

        Head Production Chef:

        • Ensure 100% supervision of the kitchen team as well as to constantly motivate and inspire them.
        • Responsible for sourcing of suppliers for ingredients, budget and cost control, as well as devising standards to enhance general efficiency and value of operations for all food production.
        • Oversee and facilitate preparation of menu for any events as and when required.

        Head Baker:

        • Training and development of new and existing staff.
        • Participate in the creative side of menu development and create periodic specials for the company outlets.
        • Oversee bakery operations daily. Provide support to junior bakery/pastry employees with various tasks including food preparation, checking on quality of products etc.
        • Improving food preparation methods based on feedback.
        • Collaborating with the rest of the bakery team to ensure high-quality food and service.

        Experienced Baker:

        • Ensure food is prepared in line with standard recipe cards. 
        • Preparation lists are completed in a timely manner.
        • Mise en place to be completed as outlined by Chef-in-charge
        • Finished products are served in line with guidelines set out in the standard recipe cards.
        • Output is consistent with standard recipe cards.
        • Meals are served within reasonable timeframes.
        • Product knowledge of all items on all current menus within areas worked.
