DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

Baked goods are made to order and will be delivered next day only within Bangkok and surrounding provinces.
For other items, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered using standard shipping (within and outside of Bangkok). Please note that date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the number of items ordered.

Pick-up is available at Sarnies Bangkok and Sarnies Sourdough. All orders will be available for pick-up within 24 hours and customers will be notified once they are ready.

 

Where do you deliver to? 

For bakery items, we deliver to Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn and Pathum Thani. For all other items including coffee beans, merchandise and more, we deliver nationwide.

 

What is the delivery charge?

Bakery items and Cold brew:
Bangkok - 100-200THB

Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn, Pathum Thani - 250THB

Coffee, Merchandise, Gifts, Wholesale:

Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn, Pathum Thani - 80THB

Rest of Thailand - 150THB

 

How will I be entitled for free shipping?

Spend above 1000 THB per order and shipping is free!

 

Do you ship internationally?

COFFEE

How often do you roast your coffee?

We roast twice a week to ensure your coffee is fresh.

 

How long does my coffee stay fresh for?

It’s best to drink your coffee within 4 weeks from the roast date to enjoy it at its optimal flavour.

 

Should I have my beans ground or should I keep them whole?

It’s always better to grind your beans just before you brew for peak freshness. If you do decide to pre-grind for efficiency, store the grinds in an airtight container to reduce exposure to the elements.

 

How should I store my coffee for the best results?

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 whilst not for allowing oxygen to enter the bags. Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
