Orders made can be shipped out the next day between 9am - 12pm or 1pm - 5pm. For next day 9am - 12pm deliveries, orders must be made before 5pm. This is to ensure we have ample time to prepare your goods and secure a door-to-door rider.

Coffee Beans & Other goods (Brewing Equipment, Merchandise):
Orders are shipped via standard couriers to arrive around 2 days after purchase for orders within Bangkok & surrounding provinces. For delivery to other provinces nationwide, orders will arrive within 5 days.

*Please note that date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, and the number of items ordered.

If you ordered any coffee beans not listed above, please allow us 48 hours, weekends not included, to prepare your order for pickup. We roast coffee only on weekdays.

Note: Self pickup is not available for Wholesale orders.

For mixed orders, Ready-to-consume items take priority and so free shipping threshold, delivery times, and shipping cost for Ready-to-consume goods will apply to the entire order.

We do not carry all coffee beans at all times and sometimes roast to order. If we are unable to prepare the coffee beans in time for your collection, we will ship them out to you when ready at no additional cost.

Note: I've you ordered any 6KG Wholesale coffee, you will not be able to checkout if there are also Ready-to-consume items in your shopping cart.

If you added any 6KG Wholesale coffee beans to your shopping cart:

- Self pickup will be disabled at checkout. You will, however, be entitled to free delivery.
