Reheating:
If storing at room temperature, reheat as per instructions below. If taking from the freezer, defrost the slices you want to consume the day before in the fridge. The next day, spray a little water on the bread and bake for 3-5 minutes in a 180°C oven or place in a toaster.
Storage:
When storing at room temperature, consume the bread within 1 week. Keep it in an airtight container in a cool area of your home. For longer storage, slice the bread to the desired thickness and freeze for up to 2 weeks.
