Not at all! While we roast our coffee with a specific brewing method in mind, we also encourage experimentation. Home brewing is a personal journey, and high-quality coffee beans allow one to enjoy a delicious beverage without needing to over-optimise the brewing process.

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering the bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

For optimal flavour we recommend consuming the beans 10 days after the roast date and within 4 weeks from the roast date.

We label each bag of coffee with its corresponding roast date.

Great tasting coffee

I was using Starbucks decaf before I found you they promised me that the coffee was Swiss processed, but all 3 branches lied to me and instead they used dangerous chemicals. I finally found out the truth by contacting there main corporate office. Usually Thai people are very honest but I guess this was part of there training. Anyway I found you and am very happy with all your coffee choices and honest information. I chose Colombia decaf and Mr Dark.

Rich dark and smooth

Been trying out this blend as I like a darker roast for my first coffee of the day. Their Tiramisu blend made a fantastic shot of dark strong coffee and Mr. Darkside also does not disappoint. It's even darker and very smooth with very little acidity. Perfect for that first strong shot in the morning. Tasting notes are spot on with notes of black tea and caramel in there. I'll be adding this to my regular order along with Tiramisu and Seize the day blends. Really loving the coffee from Sarnies - these guys definitely know what they are doing.
