If freezing, store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks Before consuming defrost the day before in the fridge.
Reheating instructions:

Reheat in a microwave with some water for 1-3mins till the centre of the cake is slightly soft

Reheat in a toaster oven for 3-5mins, cake is ready when the centre is warm
