Not at all! While we roast our coffee with a specific brewing method in mind, we also encourage experimentation. Home brewing is a personal journey, and high-quality coffee beans allow one to enjoy a delicious beverage without needing to over-optimise the brewing process.

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering the bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

For optimal flavour we recommend consuming the beans 10 days after the roast date and within 4 weeks from the roast date.

We label each bag of coffee with its corresponding roast date.

Great blend for everyday drinking

Just received another 2 bags of seize the day blend. I like my coffee with lower acidity and some chocolatey notes. This blend is perfect for me for a cup anytime of the day. Usually start the day with Tiramisu for a wake up shot then switch to this blend. It's less intense than Tiramisu but still retains some of the sweet chocolate notes that I like. There's also some subtle sweet berry flavours in there. Highly recommend this one!

Seizing my Day

I am sitting, looking at my pool, and sipping a double espresso poured from the Seize the Day blend, before I leave for my morning beach walk. What a perfect drop to sip before I do seize my day. It has a lovely firm balance, strong but gentle flavour, and a lovely lingering aftertaste. I highly recommend this beautiful blend to help you seize your day too.
