Reheating:
Enjoy warm by reheating in a 180C oven for 3 minutes. Fresh bread, a simple pleasure of life, should be consumed within 1-2 days of purchase. Store in an airtight container in a cool area of your home.
Storage:
For longer storage, slice and freeze for up to 2 weeks. To reheat, bake for 10 minutes in a 180C oven or place in toaster.

Fermented to a level I'd say is just right, the Goldilocks' zone of not too much and not too little sourness. Crunchy crust, chewy crumb. Delicious with toppings, delicious on its own!
