Not at all! While we roast our coffee with a specific brewing method in mind, we also encourage experimentation. Home brewing is a personal journey, and high-quality coffee beans allow one to enjoy a delicious beverage without needing to over-optimise the brewing process.

We recommend keeping your coffee beans in the bag they're delivered in. The one-way valves expel CO2 while preventing oxygen from entering the bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

For optimal flavour we recommend consuming the beans 10 days after the roast date and within 4 weeks from the roast date.

We label each bag of coffee with its corresponding roast date.

Superb Coffee

This blend strikes the perfect balance. Rich, smooth, chocolatey and nutty, low-acid. Tastes great with milk or without. I bring it to my favorite island where I grind it myself with view of the sea. (Don’t forget to use a burr grinder, makes all the difference). Highly recommended.
