These beans have been decaffeinated with a clean process called the Swiss Water Process (SWP). SWP uses clean water from the coast mountains of British Colombia, Canada to gently remove caffeine. This process is 100% chemical-free and maintains the bean’s distinctive flavour characteristics. Grown on an altitude of 1100-1300 m.a.s.l.
