Supremo is a distinction that refers to the largest size of beans from Colombia. The coffees are a screen size of 17 or 18 and are slightly larger than the Excelso distinction. This coffee is specifically designed to have a unique combination of juicy and complex flavours. It is a blend from multiple coffee-growing regions in Colombia that celebrate their individual taste profiles due to their different terroir. Grown at an altitude of 1100 - 1850 m.a.s.l.
Best enjoyed as an espresso or a long black.
