Single-origin beans from Tarrazú, Costa Rica—crafted using the raisin honey process, where the coffee cherries are dried until they resembles raisins. The skins are then carefully removed, while the sweet mucilage is left intact and fermented with fruit, bringing out floral, fruity aromas and a natural sweetness with notes of lavender, rose, dark cherry, pomegranate, and grape.
Named after a legendary composer to reflect the complexity and elegance of its flavour—because both good coffee and great music are all about harmony.
