How to brew your drip coffee

Option A – Using a weighing scale for precision

Evenly wet the coffee grounds with 30g of hot water. Wait 30 seconds for the coffee to bloom.
Slowly pour in 70g of hot water, filling the drip bag to the top.
Once two-thirds of the water has dripped through, pour in another 50g of hot water.
Allow the water to drip through completely. Remove the drip bag and enjoy.

Option B – No scale, no worries!

Pour approximately 150ml of hot water over the coffee grounds.
Allow the water to drip through completely.
Remove the drip bag and enjoy.
