In Ethiopia, Bishala is called Bishaan Dawala, which means "water and wind chime." These beans come from the high-altitude areas of Guji, known for their top-quality coffee production. Grown at altitudes up to 2,000 metres above sea level and processed with the unique Bishala washed technique, they offer smooth, vibrant taste notes.
