Grown on the hillsides of Doi Tung in Chiang Rai, where the Princess Mother began replanting old poppy fields in 1988, turning them into forest and coffee farms for the community. The Mae Fah Luang Foundation grows it at 1,000–1,500 MASL and pays every farmer fairly. This lot is fully washed and carefully dried, giving a clean, bright and floral cup. Expect apple, citrus and honey. It’s the clearest taste of Doi Tung’s terroir.
