Grown at 1,100–1,400 meters in Chiang Rai under the Doi Tung Development Project, this Typica variety thrives in cool weather beneath pine forests. Part of a royal initiative, the project emphasises sustainable and mindful coffee farming.
Only the ripest cherries are handpicked from November to March before undergoing a washed process. This includes clean water sorting, gentle fermentation (maintained at pH 3.8 to preserve natural acidity), and slow drying in temperature-controlled domes for 15–30 days. The result is a clean, balanced cup that highlights the care and attention behind every step. Perfect for coffee lovers who notice the little details.
