This Geisha from Maneepreuk Village in Thung Chang, Nan, grows at 1,450-1,550m. in cool mountain climate and volcanic soil enriched by the Nan watershed. The terrior imparts depth and character to this special lot. Using a Natural Process with 72-hour sealed-bag fermentation at 15-20°C, the result is a cup with delicate floral aromas, bright complexity, and layered fruit sweetness.
