Soft Coffee is a Thai specialty coffee producer in the highlands of Omkoi, Chiang Mai, led by Tar Tar.

Whole coffee cherries are fermented in a sealed, carbon dioxide-rich tank before the fruit is removed and the coffee is washed and dried. This process creates a clean, delicate cup with greater clarity and a crisp finish.

Expect floral aromas, white tea, and green apple.

Best enjoyed as filtered coffee.
