This Sarnies Certified Organic Coffee is high quality with a full flavor. The price is right, and the product is fine. I am happy with this coffee!
To be honest I struiggled with this one - probably me. I ground finer and finer and finer and even ran a profile with a very long pre-infusion and high temperature, but could not get decent pressure or shake a sense of battery acid sourness that hit the front of my tongue. The coffee beans seemed lighter in colour than normal and a little denser. After 7 shots of attempting to dial in, I've given up for now. Maybe I will have a think and come back to it. I am having a lot more luck with the Guatemala which is wonderful and easy to dial in. Gaggia Classic Pro, Gaggimate Pro Conversion, MHW3Bomber Jusbeen Basket with puckscreen. KinuM47 Grinder.
