Thuanthong Homdok is one of the most exciting producers emerging from Nan, Thailand's northern coffee-growing region. Taking over his family's farm in Maneepruek Village, he continues a legacy built on some of the area's earliest plantings of Geisha, Java, and Typica.

In 2025, Thuanthong won 1st Place in both the Washed and Honey Process categories at the Thailand Specialty Coffee Awards (SCATH), making him one of the country's most recognised coffee producers.

For this release, Sarnies selected his Catimor lot — a variety often overlooked in specialty coffee. Through meticulous Natural Anaerobic processing at 1,500 metres above sea level in the mountains of Nan, Thuanthong transforms Catimor into something remarkable, producing vibrant tropical fruit notes, floral aromatics, boozy complexity, and juicy acidity.
